Return & Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment, obtaining their own return shipping label, and covering all return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — for example if you received the wrong item — contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
